Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and OFW Rise, operated by Riezl Jane Hernaez in the Philippines. They apply when you browse ofwrisewealth.com or purchase and use our digital products. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the products.

The products

OFW Rise sells digital financial-organization products, currently including the OFW Wealth Command Center: a collection of spreadsheet templates (Google Sheets, with an optional Notion version), trackers, planners, a dashboard, and a quick-start guide. All products are digital — nothing physical is shipped. Product details are described on the product page; the version and contents you receive are those described at the time of your purchase.

Educational use only — not professional advice

Our products and website content are provided for financial organization and educational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, insurance, or legal advice, and no client or fiduciary relationship is created by your purchase or use of the products. The templates provide categories and structure — you remain responsible for your own financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions specific to your situation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a product. If you are younger, you may use the products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Purchases, payment, and delivery

• Checkout: All purchases are processed through Whop. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there, and may include applicable taxes as determined by Whop.
• Payment: Your payment information is provided directly to Whop. We never receive or store your card details.
• Delivery: After a successful payment, Whop provides your access to the digital product and delivery instructions. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@ofwrisewealth.com and we will help.
• Availability: We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we may update, change, or discontinue products or content at any time.

Your license to use the templates

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the templates for your own household and personal financial organization. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or use the templates to create competing products, and you may not remove or alter any notices within them. If someone else wants the product, please refer them to our website so they can get their own copy.

Refunds — 7-day guarantee

If the product is not right for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To request one, email us at hello@ofwrisewealth.com from the email address used at checkout and include your order number or receipt. Refunds are processed through Whop to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. Once a refund is issued, your access to the product may be revoked. This guarantee applies in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you, which are not affected by these terms.

No financial results promised

Our products help you organize information. They do not promise, and we do not claim, any particular financial outcome, income, savings, investment return, or wealth result. Any figures shown on the website or within the templates are fictional examples used to illustrate how the tools work, and should not be treated as recommendations or expected results.

Third-party platforms

The templates are designed for use with platforms such as Google Sheets, Canva, and Notion, and checkout runs on Whop. These platforms are operated by third parties and are not affiliated with OFW Rise. You may need your own account with them, and their availability, functionality, and terms are outside our control. We are not liable for changes those platforms make to their services.

Intellectual property

The OFW Rise name and logo, the website design, and all products and their contents are owned by Riezl Jane Hernaez and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the personal license described above, no right or interest in any product is transferred to you. The information you enter into your own copies of the templates remains yours.

Acceptable use

When using this website and our products, you agree not to attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access to any system, misrepresent your identity or payment information, or use the products for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the templates will meet your specific financial needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFW Rise and Riezl Jane Hernaez will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at hello@ofwrisewealth.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and it applies to purchases made after that date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
