Who we are

OFW Rise (available at ofwrisewealth.com) is a digital-product store operated by Riezl Jane Hernaez in the Philippines. We create and sell digital financial-organization tools for overseas Filipino workers, including the OFW Wealth Command Center.

Information we collect

This website does not require an account, and it does not directly collect or store your personal information through the site itself.

• If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and handle your request.
• If you purchase a product, your order and payment information is handled by Whop, not by this website. See “Purchases and checkout” below.
• Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve pages and keep the site secure.

Purchases and checkout

Checkout, payment processing, and product delivery are provided by Whop. When you buy a product, you provide your payment details to Whop on their platform. We do not receive or store your card details. Your use of Whop is subject to Whop's own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. After a purchase, Whop provides you access to the digital product and delivery instructions.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third parties to run this website:

• Whop — checkout, payment processing, and delivery of your digital product.
• Google Fonts — web fonts are loaded from Google so the site renders correctly in your browser.
• Google Search Console — helps us understand how people find the site in search results, using aggregated, non-identifying data.
• Google Sheets, Canva, and Notion — these are the platforms the templates are used in. We do not receive information about how you use them.

These services process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your email address with anyone for marketing purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies itself. Whop may set cookies on its own platform during checkout, and those are governed by Whop's policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Communications

When you contact us by email, we use your address only to reply to you and resolve your question or request. We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional emails through this website.

Data retention and security

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for any period required by law. We cannot guarantee perfect security of information transmitted over the internet, but we take reasonable measures to keep correspondence limited and protected. Please do not include sensitive information (such as full card numbers or identity documents) in emails to us.

Your rights

If you are in the Philippines, you have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or withdraw consent for its processing. Children

This website and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new product or service. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
